REALTOR® & Broker of Record Désirée King is the visionary leader behind King’s Downsizing & Estate Services Brokerage, bringing a rare combination of knowledge, compassion, and foresight to her work. Her journey into real estate was a natural progression, shaped by years of international travel and a deep appreciation for fine architecture and interior décor. Early in her real estate education, Désirée recognized the importance of specialization and intentionally carved out a niche focused on supporting older adults and families navigating downsizing and estate settlement in a highly competitive market.
Désirée’s passion for serving the aging community is deeply personal. It was inspired by her mother’s more than 40-year career as a geriatric nurse, as well as Désirée’s own early experiences working in Toronto-area hospitals and operating a prescription delivery service serving seniors. This dedication led her to earn multiple specialized designations, including SRES, CAPS, Lifestyle 55+ Affiliate, RENE, GPA, and Certified Executor Advisor (CEA). These credentials allow her to guide seniors, families, and executors with confidence, clarity, and care. As a proud wife and mother, Désirée puts God and family first, and her mission remains steadfast: to go beyond traditional real estate by educating and empowering clients at every step using her Signature C.R.A.F.T.™ system, ensuring they make the best decisions possible.

Alpha King brings a wealth of professional experience, leadership, and community insight to King’s Downsizing & Estate Services Brokerage, joining his wife Désirée in helping families navigate life’s most meaningful transitions. With over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, consulting, and sales, Alpha has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies across Ontario, developing customized solutions, managing complex projects, and building trusted client relationships. His career has taken him across urban and regional communities throughout the province, giving him a deep understanding of Ontario’s diverse real estate landscapes.
Born in Toronto and raised in Mississauga, Alpha attended high school and university at UTM and currently resides in Mississauga, having also lived in Toronto, Etobicoke, and Milton. He is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), a Senior Home Safety Specialist, and an active community leader who has served on the Board of the Trinidad and Tobago Association of Ontario as Vice President, Treasurer, and Director. Outside of real estate, Alpha enjoys cycling, working out, golf, travel—especially near the water—and singing as a soloist or with his church worship team. Above all, Alpha is committed to ensuring clients feel safe, supported, and understood, building relationships that often grow from trusted guidance into lasting friendships and a true sense of family.

Caffery’s approach to staging goes beyond aesthetics. He is deeply attuned to how homes tell stories — particularly during times of transition such as downsizing or estate sales. By blending functionality, flow, and refined style, Caffery helps prepare homes for market while creating environments that feel welcoming and intentional.
